Berlingo Electrique batterylease

In Sweden we still have to pay for batterylease on the Berlingo Electrique.

Is there anyone who knows what happend in the UK with the batterylease ?

When did Citroen take away the batterylease and what did it cost for the owners/byers of the cars ?

about 100 GBP.

£100 /week would be very expensive.

£100 /month would be fair, I think, if you did not have to worry about cell failures, and you were using the van regularly. Leasing costs all go to pot when your van is sat on the driveway from week to week.

No idea how the leasing ended.

Personally, I don't think the the leasing model is good for EV adoption rates. The hassle of the bureaucracy would put many off.

I'd be happy to see a refundable deposit on batteries and a closed system of recycling by the manufacturer.
A 7 year warranty would help too.
