I used to deliver electric bikes around my locality with a custom built trailer on the back of an electric bike.
I could get two or three electric bikes onto the trailer depending on the sort of bike. The towing bike was an Urban Mover UM33 electric mountain bike.
I always got some very strange looks...

So, ongoing in our series of what you can do with a City El....
At the weekend we went shopping for the local BVS (BEVOB) meet's party and I brought it all home in the El. I reckon there was about 50kgs of stuff there at least as we had lots of drinks and heavy (bad for you) food.
The City El managed admirably. It was stuffed to the brim. Sadly I didn't get a photo.
But the thing I want to share with you today is the previous unlikely load for the El:
It's our new clothes line. Obviously, only the convertible or Targa can take this load
