We are still developing it. I have two versions running for several years without issue. One based on original picaxe chips has run for four years One based on plain pic chips has run for over two years I find I have a day free on Wednesday 17th October when i could come up if reqd. The slave board should not get hot.
The 2w load resistors will get hot if a cell is bypassing current.
I don't think I have any spare SV2000 chips.
Please post some decent resolution pics of the BMS setup and battery connections etc

Sent my files to China as well the other day comming back on 9th October. My board is same size shape and connector position as OEM BMS and fits into OEM bms position on cell packs and plugs straight into battery blocks using same elusive and expensive connector! First slave also monitors the two NT...

For this project I'm going for 14 slaves it's for a specific purpose. But point taken.
